We stand behind our products.  If you bought it from us and it fails in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.  If you are not happy with any products purchased from us, we accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories.  Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, simply provide us with proof of purchase, return it in original packaging, and we will refund your purchase price, less credit card fees and any damages to product.  Items shipped internationally cannot be returned or refunded.  Items that do not qualify for refund includes items damaged due to misuse or negligence, items lacking proof of purchase, or items not purchased from Stukeys.
